After seeing those pictures of the camera, I bet that it does work like the one time use cameras do. I'm thinking that when the person at CVS reloads the camera for you, they put their roll of film in the right side (as you look at the back of the camera), load the leader to the left side, close the back, and then use that crank to wind all the film out of the cartridge. As you shoot, you wind on and return the film into the cartridge. When they get the camera for processing it is then a simple matter of taking the cartridge out and putting it into their mini-lab.
One other thing; you probably can take that sticker off but I will also wager that it will not look the same--pressure sensitive ink or it will shred or something like that.
