UOORF and 50/2 lens head

Hi all,

I have a rigid 50 cron and just got close focus SOMKY as well as UOORF lens head adapter in a separate auction.

The UOORF bayonets fine into the SOMKY, but the lens head doesn't screw into the UOORF-- the UOORF thread circumference is far too small to accept the lens head's threads.

Ideas? I thought that there was only one UOORF, and web threads consistently indicated that the UOORF could either accept the collapsible cron or the rigid' lens head... So I'm pretty confused!

In any event, at least I'm out only a bit for the UOORF, assuming the SOMKY can properly be used when I sort this out-- I think I bought the wrong adapter.

Never mind, figured it out-- I was just using the front half of the optical unit that screws into the rear half. Not the entire module. Problem solved!
