Update on Another Banning of Photographers

MaxElmar, very reasonable. A No Trespass order is not an infringement on the photographer's rights, rather an exercise of the rights of the business owners.

In addition, he could have declined the police interview if he found it improper.

Yes, I'm not saying there wasn't some bad behavior involved (perhaps on all sides). But for all the chest pounding and yakking you'd think it was the Boston Massacre up there on Church Street.

The crying and gnashing of teeth is an appropriate reaction to a hate group.

For that is at its essence what that business association is. When one member says, they hate someone, each one hates them too, sight unseen, no defense, no other side of the story, nothing.

Do mistake legality for morality. At one time, slavery was legal, but it was never, ever moral.

Jason, do you really think it's appropriate, accurate, or reasonable to compare institutionalized, legally enforced, human bondage with some idiot mall cop? Really? Touchy shopkeepers - a hate group? Really?

I don't agree. I would consider it a honor to be banned from most of those high-class tourist traps. Except Boloco. Good burritos.
