hi, (re-posting in this forum from a local forum),
Update on Ultrafine Extreme Film in 120 format.
I have been using Ultrafine Extreme and using HP5+ times for D76 and PQ Universal Developer.
I have also used Rodinal and HC-110 stand method, developing it for 30 mins at room temperature.
So far I find it okay to use, it is quite cheap, about 2.50usd per 120 format roll before shipping from usa.
here is a 6x6 grab shot
you can purchase the film online via the ultrafineonline website of on ebay.
the no.1 downside of using this film is: it curls a little, making it harder to scan than compared to tmax400 or even fomapan 120 (arista EDU) .
But overall, I would use it as a day to day film .
Also, ultrafine extreme in 120 format is to my gut feel a HP5+ film, i cannot conclude if the 35mm format is also HP5+.
cheers!
