Upgrade path from Capture 1 LE to current for M8 Owners?

Greetings!

I bought my M8 a couple of years ago, and I never registered my copy of Capture LE that came with the camera. I've seen people allude to an upgrade path (i.e, one free upgrade) to use my Capture LE serial to upgrade to Capture 4, but the serial I was supplied with in the box does not work on Capture's registration site.

Can anyone advise if they were able to upgrade their Capture LE to a more current version?

I'm a current Aperture user, intrigued by Capture and wish to register a current copy to learn it and evaluate.

Yes - you get one free upgrade to the version of your choice. Your serial number should work, if it hasn't already been used to upgrade to a newer version. If you're having problems, contact Phase One support. I've found them very helpful and accommodating.

Yes, Phase One Support appears to be part of the problem. Their site does not provide an email address to contact support. The support page that I found simply provides a few fields to fill in, then you submit your form and it *should* direct you to the correct email address or support dept to deal with your issue.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a loop where each time I fill the form out, it returns me to a blank form and I'm invited to fill in the same info again, so I cannot even contact Phase One support.

Does anyone know another way to contact Phase One Support other than this "Create Support Case" page?
