UPS lost a package to me... Suggestions?

Just need to vent a bit... UPS lost an international package sent to me containing a Rolleiflex SL66 kit that I bought on eBay. After correcting the address, the package (that is not small or light!) is now lost somewhere in the facility and no one has seen it for 4 days now. The workers have been looking for it but no luck so far... I am feeling quite pessimistic about it and think it's lost... 🙁

Anyone have similar experience or suggestions?

I hope it works out. Don't want to make you sadder than need be.
I also hope it was insured.

UPS lost my favorite Minox B after DAG had overhauled it. That was in the 1990s but it still rankles.

Try filing an online claim on their website. Apparently USPS takes it more seriously when you do so. I did that one time, and the package was found. Hope it works out.
