US Navy....OM-4?

Recently I find there has a OM-4 engraved US Navy engraving:

I know Canon AE-1 and T70 have this kind of engraving, but did US Navy used cameras other than Canon or faked by other hands...?

The navy used a lot of different brands. I have a Canon F1, a Topcon and a Leica M4 which were navy-issued. The Leica had a simple plastic label which someone peeled off, but it took the paint with it, and you can make out "US Navy" on what remains.
