I've printed up to 8x10 in FB and with the double weight paper I see no trouble but the thin single weight paper was indeed a bit hard to lift out. Perhaps two tongs?
For PE/RC you can use a hair dryer. You have also devices where you can put a few PE/RC papers on a rack with this method. Alternative a real I.R. PE/RC dryer. Which I also have to suppress the blooming effect.
For fiber/baryta I have two methods: Cold method with aquarel tape on glass. And the above mentioned hot press where I am drying it on the cloth and especially for Fomabrom Variant not over 55C. After the process the fiber print is put under pressure (can be a lot of books) to dry and stay flat.
