Canon LTM User Canon 7 - Is this one worth trying for?

Canon M39 M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
Go for it, don't pay more than $200 though. Kinda hard to find one with a working meter and uncrinkled curtain anyways, and it's not all that badly crinkled at all.

If it stays close to that opening price, big yes. If you are patient, I think you can get one with a working meter in the $200 range.

I was thinking a max of ~$125 if it's still below that when it hits one day left. Well, it's on the watch list so we'll see what happens.

That sounds about right for one in this condition. If you can get it for that, its a good deal.

Still pondering this one. Can anyone tell me if the Jupiter 12 in LTM will fit the Canon 7 body?

Thanks,

William

My Jupiter-12 will fit on my Canon 7, but there is barely a thick piece of paper's clearance between the edge of the back element and the baffeling. I locked the shutter open, opened the back and watched as I inserted it. Made me uneasy. I don't there is a problem on the back side however.

very strange problem, most people say NO!!!! but if you find a j-12 made in '89 try to fit it and you'll be happy
