Comment: Bought his Yashicamat. Somehow in transit the lenses got knocked out of alignment. I didn't have the funds to get it CLA'd (he even offered to refund some of the cost back), so he took it back. He paypalled the cost of the camera + $5 to cover paypal fees; I never expected it. What a guy!

The "ugly" Seagull (I do love Chinese cameras) arrived in Alkmaar today - record time - and is a lot prettier, and a lot lighter than I expected. Another surprise (I love presents, too): a book about the cameras of China tucked into the parcel! Reading it is making me covetous on this cold November day...
