I need to make a list, a long one. Yes Don, I have only had excellent experiences dealing with folks here. Once you get to know folks, trust follows. As long as we are honest and respectful our community will grow. Lets keep our market place strong.

i hate to say this but i never write anything down and i have a dreadful memory. i used to write things down but then i'd forget where i put the paper.
i have traded, bought and sold all manner of gear on this froum and never a negative, one way or the other.
i'll have to think on this one a bit more...

I guess a "blacklist" would have been much shorter and easier.

Joe, you need a PDA-Phone thingie, you can still write things down, and if you don't remember where you put it, just call and follow the ring-ring
No kidding, I've done that with my cell phone many times...

COMMENT: sold him a Zeiss Opton Sonnar 50mm, Oscar was a perfect buyer, fast payment, great communications, courteous follow-up upon receipt. Could not have asked for a better experience. And he gave me great advice and information on a camera that I was interested in by referring me to an article/review that, fortuitously, he had written! Thanks, Oscar.

COMMENT: Don is simply the best!
Don sold me a lens that, after receiving it (in mint shape, exactly as described, and packed extremely well) we mutually figured out that it had been put back together incorrectly after a CLA (of which he also sent the receipt). He took the lens back, no questions asked, and even reimbursed my return shipping costs. I can't say enough good things about Don !!

COMMENT: I joined this forum after getting the RF bug late last year. I got scammed on a few rangefinders on eBay and was lamenting on this forum about my problems, when David offered to fix my cameras for me. We arranged a trade, and David worked diligently, patiently, and with kindness in fixing my Canonet GIII-QL17. You can actually find a post or two on this forum of David working through that particular camera. Today I sent up my other camera in need of help. David is an excellent guy, a true treasure to this forum, and is really cool person to know.
I am very blessed to know someone like David. Without him, I would have been turned off to rangefinder photography and would have probably just junked my cameras and moved on with life. Because of him, I can now enjoy this hobby.
The next time the R.F.-G.A.S. (Range Finder Gear Acquisition Syndrome) hits me, I'll contact David first for getting a camera!
Thank You,
Pradeep

The Kiev 4AM - I knew I forgot something.
Depends which Granny. Got one in Lawrence, Kansas, a spritely 91, and another here in Vancouver, a more subdued 86. No gramps though, sadly.

Comment: Traded a non-working Canonet to him for a very nice Vivitar. Description spot on and shipped well packed. And a surprise bonus that wasn't mentioned.
Will be happy to deal with him again.

Comment: Bought a Nokton 50/1.5 from him. Great guy. I haven't shot any of those Swedish beauties with it yet, but the weather is still quite nasty up here.
