Andy is a great guy, very good to do business with and great at communicating throughout our transaction. He was willing to deal internationally for a quite expensive item and did everything he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it. Everything was exactly as described, packed well and arrived in tip-top shape. He refunded an over-allocation for postage and insurance immediately.
