Negative, nightmare experience

This guy starts by haggling the hell out of me for my $700 Epson R-D1
I send him a new set of higher resolution photos of every surface of the camera, literally every part of the camera. He's like, alright.
Before I ship it, he asks me to include the SD card and the Nikon Magnifier I use with the camera for free (This stuff costs like $60). He's already haggled me down $100, I say no.
He also asks me to reduce the value of the package, which I say I would rather not, if the package gets bumped there could be issues such as finder alignment or severe damage. I tell him it's better to just leave the value real and pay a few dollars extra when it comes through. He insists - no, set the value to $200.
He starts emailing before his paypal money has gotten to my bank account - twice - did you ship it yet? Luckily I had shipped without receiving confirmation of receipt of funds..
The complains start coming moments later, the LCD apparently has dead pixels, flickering screen, horrendous scratches, finder alignment off, etc etc etc.
I go back and look at my photos of the camera, a camera which has been my main camera for the better part of 7 years and I have used every single day.. The v alignment was fine in the photo I put in the ad, the LCD had no dead pixels in a photo I took with the screen on - able to see virtually every single pixel. Cleaning marks on the LCD, hmm yeah there are some, but isn't that kind of thing covered when you say "user condition"? Doesn't someone assume they won't be getting a piece of mint gear in that case? No gouges/scratches in the screen though.
Anyway, this guy has made a total nightmare of the sale. I think a paypal claim is probably not far off. This is real nice as the sale of the camera was to pay for urgent medical issues.
I will not sell to singapore again, that is for sure.
