Comment: I bought an M6 with a Summi. Charlie was fantastic to deal with and the price was very good. When the camera and lens arrived, the cosmetic condition was better than I expected. I had one minor problem in that I couldn't get the third set of framelines up. I asked Charlie if I was doing something wrong and he immediately offered to have the camera picked up and give a full refund if I wasn't happy. In the meantime I spoke to CRR in Luton who confirmed that this was not an unusual problem. I spoke to Charlie again and said that I was more than happy to keep the camera as, even with the repair cost, it was a very fair price. The next thing I knew was that there a refund in my Paypal account for the cost of the repair.
