maybe it already exists and I have just not spotted it. If so, please help.
It would be handy if a link to the user's gallery existed below their name along with the other data, in message board posts. Quite often I find myself wishing to see someone's work, but going to the gallery and searching by username, while a handy feature in itself, adds a layer of hassle that seems unnecessary. Some users post a link to their gallery, but not everyone.
I'm not sure how difficult this would be to implement, but it would be appreciated.

Edit your signature, enter some text, e.g. "My Gallery", then click the hyperlink button and paste the URL of your gallery into the box. Job done, took me three months to figure out

Understand where you're coming from 40oz. But I think most people who have a RFF gallery figure out how to add the link to their signature. It makes it easier to find for others, and increases visibility for the exact reasons you mention - no searching.
Don't know how hard it would be to add. Time will tell I guess...
