Using aa 25 3.5 Canon on an MP

Hi,
Found a 25 Canon 3.5 screw mount lens with a finder. Which screw to bayonet adapter should I get? Also, I notice a few different makrd in addition to the Leitz ones. Are they any good? Or should I just look for a used Leitz(Leica) The links to the different makers of the aftermarket stuff is appreciated
