Using expired color negative film?

Here they are: In a long not used bin I've found two old unexposed rolls, aquired around 1998-1999.

- Fujifilm SUPERIA 400 (135-36)
- AGFA Optima II 400 (120)

Is there any experience in shooting such old negative film? Should I expect some decent result or will it be only usable for LOMO stuff?
