Guys,
How to use expodisc on Leica M9 properly?
1) Does it by all means should be the exact filter size? Mine is 46mm on Summilux 50/1.4. Or I can take bigger size, like 67mm
2) Should I take picture and where I can see the WB number? In info?
3) Any special tricks with it?
many thanks,
Alex

Take a look at their website:

Best option is to get a diamerter version that is slightly larger than the filter threat of you biggest diameter lens. You just hold it infront of the M9 in "manual white balance mode" and release the shutter in "A" mode, no focussing necessary. Then "Whitebalance is set" appears and you are good to shoot. You don't get any Kelvin number of color temperature.
I use the expo disc always and found it to give the best results, consistently better than "auto" white balance in LR4.

Many thanks, Klaus. I bought it yesterday and very happy about results! The colors became true right after pressing the shutter button!

Good choice. It will help you to squeeze out the best of the M9. Enjoy and show some shots.

I have one that I use with the M9. Works flawlessly and saves a whole lot of time.
