Very nice images!
With my X100 I use the LCD for almost everything unless I really take time to compose or need stability at a low shutter speed. I just got an Xe-1, and use the EVF more now since I only used manual lenses and focus so far.
I think they are 2 fundamental way of capturing images, I have been thinking about that a lot. VF is more an extension of your eye, LCD an extension of your hand. With the LCD the camera more becomes a thing of it's own. A magic little box that captures moments as images. To capture those you need to swing it to different places, like trying to catch a buch with a net. This was especially true with my GRD.
Both methods are fun and interesting, and I think no one should refrain from enjoying them because it's "not professional" or "not real photography".
The flip-out screens on some cameras like the Nex or GH2 can also be handy, though surprisingly when I don't have one, I don't really miss it.
