Uv Filter and Grey Filter!

Hello folks,

I have yet another question thats been bugging me...=)

Is it possible to use a UV filter and Grey filter at the same time?

I have a Biogon 2/35mm on a ZI.

If its possible, would it have any effect on the outcome?
(I read somewhere, that stacking filters can lead to vignetting??)

I would be thankful if you could share with me your insight.

Yes, you can stack filters. It is still best to keep the number of air glass interfaces in front of a lens as low as possible.

Be careful stacking filters on a wide angle lens. It may cause vignetting in the corners of your photos--especially if you stop down. (I speak from experience).

yes...I heard that somewhere before, but wasnt sure whether it was true or not.
