VC Meter II, 3200iso stops at F2?

Just want to confirm if the VC meter II stops at F2 when shooting at 3200iso. It seems like it, but i would like to make sure. Also, playing around with the dials i noticed iso 25 only shoots "up to" F16.

I am shooting through a roll of P3200 and not that I needed to shoot at F1.4, but the limitation caught my curiosity.

Mine stops at f2 also. But you can use the lines between the dials to get to your f1.4 reading.
