Vc Meter Ii -suit Tlr Shoe?

I have a Yashica 635 and want to fit a VC II Voigtlander meter using the flash shoe on the camera. Before I spend my hard earned money......................would anyone know if it will fit or does the strap lug and/or the 35mm wind-on knob get in the way?

Thanks to ChrisN I now know the little VC II fits nicely on a Yashica 635.

However the shoe on the 635 will need to have its side slots crimped down slightly to ensure a tight fit.
