I use a 39mm vented hood from Heavystar on that auction site.
It doesn't use the Ultron's outer hood threads, it screws onto the filter threads, but it works just fine. I covered the hood threads with black tape to protect them.

I use a Leica 12504 that is made for the 35mm Summicron and Summilux. It is a clamp on type and fits nice on the exterior threads of the Ultron. I think I paid about $30 for it. They surface on the bay quite often. The one You've found looks all right too, hard to know if it is wide enough to avoid vignetting.

The Ultron also works perfectly with the Leitz 12585, the classic 50-35mm shade.
