I've had a Hexar RF for a a few years now and I've been really happy with it. I was a little apprehensive about buying one because I had read a little about rangefinder misalignment and lens compatibility, but I bought one anyway haven't looked back.
It has been a reliable camera, but my cat knocked it off the desk tonight and cashed down onto the hardwood floor. I think it landed lens up, be cause the lens is fine. Now the images seem to align but one is directly above the other. Am I right in thinking that this is horizontal alignment?
I've been looking at some DIY posts on adjusting the alignment, but I just want to make sure I have my terminology right. I'm not exactly in a place where I could go get it serviced and sending stuff out by mail here would be a month going and a month returning. I've opened up my Hexar AF before with some success, not sure if I want to try it with this one.
Cheers,
