This is both a heads-up and a question - that first: People who have used these high speed films, how long beyond the expiration date would you expect it to be usable? I know these ultra fast films will fog quickly. This is from a reputable dealer and I'd expect it to have been stored well, but I'll ask about that.
Here it is, 10 rolls for 30€, from Germany: https://www.nordfoto.de/analoge-fot...rzweissfilm-10-stueck-135-36-12-2019-garantie

Hm, strange - it was showing more than 900 units available still this morning and with very little movement during the weekend and now suddenly it’s all gone.

I wouldn't go too far past the sell-by date. The film is quite susceptible to fogging by cosmic radiation, and cold storage won't prevent that. Kodak used to (maybe they still do) store production runs in a deep abandoned salt mine (which provides some such protection) and then bring batches up to put in the distribution chain. I recently found some unexposed P3200 in the back of my freezer (5 years out of date), shot a roll and developed it - it was so dense that you could barely make out the image.

Now it's available again for a bit more, still cheap, and they now also have individual rolls for 3.99. I hesitated too long to get it at 30€, but a whole brick would have been a bit much for me anyway, might get a few rolls...

I was told the film has been stored "properly". I guess that means not refrigerated, but not overly hot either, but if as Chuck said above the bottleneck is cosmic radiation, the that all might not matter.
Btw, that shop is also the only place where I've seen the cheap C41 fixer for sale, I've read some people use it for black and white work, I'm planning to do just that.

I am happy I bought at the initial price. It is still available, at good price, but not as cheap. I tested and I like the results, no fogging or lost sensitivity.

I have purchased it fresh and developed in TMAX. Not sure if here is any difference from pushed @3200 HP5+, if not worse.

I don't know. Depends on developer, technique etc. And taste. And Tmax 3200 can probably be pushed @6400 - I see nice results on Flickr. And well - it was still cheaper than HP5.

I’m not sure if hc-110 is Kodak recommendation for @6400. I purchased TmAx developer after reading data sheet.
Where i’m hp5 is way cheaper.
Do they make different formulas and emulsions for different markets....?
This new TMAX 3200 doesn’t do Kodak arching and purple devil at all.

In general HP5 is cheaper in Europe too, but this P3200 was heavily discounted - 3EUR per roll, one can't find HP5 for that price.
