very first pics from Amsterdam with R-D1 and CV 28-1.9

Received my R-D1 with CV 28-1.9 and 50-1.5 from co-member José Pedro yesterday. Went out walking in Amsterdam and took my very first pics ever with it. First impressions of the camera are really very nice - good handling, nice interface, good image quality. Pics below have not been processed in any way - just put out the jpegs by means of the epson software.

Yes - once I figure out how to do this 😕 I haven't learned all the ins and outs yet.

Hey Wouter,

Great pictures, Amsterdam has some really sweet locations for photography. When I was there for work last week I was constantly lamenting the fact that I left my camera (Leica IIIc) at the office in Eindhoven ...d'oh!

I'm saving up for an R-D1 myself at the moment. Your pictures make me crave one even more!
