VF magnification selection lever

There have been a large number of threads on possible improvements on the M's.

What I would like to have is a lever with which to select the Viewfinder magnification
(between 0,58 and 0,85). The advantages are obvious.

With all their knowledge in building optics Leica should be in a position to find a solution and build it.

Would you welcome it too?
