VF question about framelines

Since the RD1 has a cropped sensor, are the framelines also cropped?

What I mean by this is eg 35mm lines, are they the same as the 35mm lines in a Leica M6 or are they more 'telephoto' to account for the sensor crop?

35mm lines in the R-D1 are more or less the same as 50mm lines in the M6 because a 35mm lens on the R-D1 has about the same field of view as a 50mm lens on the M6.
