Wasn't until I got the Fuji 160 negatives back that I noticed the extra set of arms on the motorcycle . Peter

A couple more from the north of Vietnam in the village of SaPa . These two women were friends of our guide. Pretty tough life , no electricity etc and was it cold there .

This is the region most famous for their terraced rice paddies . 400 km bus ride to get there from Hanoi and marveled at what it must of taken to terrace the mountains with just hand tools. Peter

I've got quite a few more to scan as they're still coming back from ABC photo here in Vancouver.

ps: Those water buffalo are huge !

Yep Vietnam is a photographer's paradise. The scenery and especially the street life in the cities makes it hard to decide what to point your camera at.

It really is. I remember looking out of a car window and seeing endless terraces of paddy fields with buffalo moving through the early morning mist. Almost had to pick my jaw up off the floor.

Must go back one day with a decent camera :)
