I'd say it's a little high. The collapsible summicron goes for about $350, the camera, with a big dent and unknown curtain condition and shutter speeds, about $200. The Canon F4 lens is nothing special. He's charging a lot for the boxes and filters, which when you buy a kit, usually are free, and the reason to buy a kit, instead of individual parts. I've bought similar cameras with lenses for $250 - $350.

Price is high. But it is a ST IIIf. The Leitz 135mm finder is worth more than the Canon 100mm lens.

I'd offer him $500 cash. Plan on sending it in for a CLA $300.
