Visit to NYC

I will be in New York in the near future and have set aside a day to visit B+H, Adorama, Photovillage and Tamarkin. Last time I did this I seemed to walk a LOT!! 🙂
I will be staying in Greenwich Village.
Could someone recommend good subway routes to take? There is probably a station near each, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The 1 train, aka Broadway local, stops at 18th street a block or two west of Adorama. It continues to 34th street just east of where B&H is located. Both stores are closed Friday afternoons and Saturdays so mind your times.
