Her work inspired me to seriously take up street photography. I do hope we see her exhibits in Canada soon. Doesn't have to be Edmonton. Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal are just fine.

She certainly had a special gift: really amazing. I once saw a photo of some of her undeveloped film. Some of photogrraphs look like Verichrome. Can anyone tip me to the guy's site that bought her negatives and film?

I have found her work quite inspiring as well and have started packing my Ikoflex around much more often.

But I do have to say, the TLR must have been much more common in her day. I find I am always getting into conversations with people when they spot my TLR. Not that it is a bad thing necessarily but it is much harder to do street photography. I almost think my cell phone would be less noticed.

^ Same here. The only camera I use that attracts attention is the Rolleiflex.

I use mine out on the street shooting buildings, architecture, city skylines etc. I do get stopped quite often. No all bad.
