Guys, I need your insights. 
I've just recently acquired a Voigtlander Vito B with Color-Skopar 1:3.5/50 lens i very good condition, and have started shooting with a test roll. But after reading a bit, I'm starting to wonder if I need an accessory rangefinder to get better images (should my test roll turn out to be sucky).
What do you think? I'm just a beginner by the way, and the Voigt is my second vintage cam.

A nice period accessory rangefinder would complement the Vito's looks well, but so long as you can reasonably estimate distance it's not vital especially if you are shooting in bright light and with the lens stopped down. If you haven't got one already, I'd go for a lightmeter first...

Hi !
You'll notice on the distance ring 2 symbols that can help you zone focus safely. There is a triangle for short distances (between the 3 and 4 m mark) and a circle for long distances (between 7 and 20 m).
Check the depth of focus on the lens barrel (red figures on my Vito B). If you stop down to 5,6 it will give you quite a lot of sharpness on both sides of the triangle or circle.
For example, if you set the distance on the triangle and set the aperture at 5,6 your subjects should be sharp from2.5 m to 5 m.
