Voigtländer Vito CD?

Have a chance to borrow, may be buy the mentioned camera. Is it a good camera? A great camera? Never used a voigtländer before, what should I expect from it?

I had a couple of Vitos. I also owned a couple dozen other old Voigtlangers. They all took great pictures. I'm down to one now, a Vitomatic 11b, though I wished I had the 11 and the one with the F2 lens.
