Some CV lenses have several screw holes for the mounting flange, maybe this is one of them. If so, the flange can be mounted a few degrees away from how it is now, I think these extra holes are there for the reason that this happens.
Just back and tested it out - the lens mounts properly with the Voigtlander 28-90 and with my genuine Leica 35mm adapter. It is out with a cheapo (rikon?) and a Leica fake. Also my M42 to QBM, but that was a mistake.
Interesting. I have the original 15mm lens and with the Voigtlander 35/135 adapter the lens doesn't quite make it to the white dot at 0 degrees. It's a little bit to the left ( 355-ish degrees ). With a no brand 50 adapter it's past 0 degrees--a little < 5 degrees.
My 35mm Color Skopar on the 35/135 adapter is about the same as the 15. Same for the no name adapter.
