I have the new RF enabled Voigtlander 15mm Super Heliar ASPH and bought a 52mm B+W 007 MRC slim protective filter for it. The Voigtlander lens cap does not fasten onto the lens with the B+W filter attached.
Is there something that Voigtlander or someone else sells that will do so?
Many thanks,
Rich

a 52mm clip-on?

Thanks, but the lens cap that comes with this lens is a clip-on. It won't grab the filter edges.

Truth is beauty
The common thing is not using a cap when the filter's on... Apart from the protective filter, there's the hood for even more protection, and you can carry the camera ready for use, both inside a bag or hanging...

You could try an Op/tech hood hat. Better protection than a cap and pulls off fast when you need to shoot.

FWIW, I have a Heliopan ES 52 'slim version' UV filter on my Super Heliar -- no problem with the lens cap.
Nikon LC-52 lens caps also fit my lens/filter; a decent camera shop will have those and might let you try one.

I just got a slim B+W polarizer for mine and have the same issue; neither the factory cap nor the included B+W cap will go on due to the way the filter sits inside the hood. Not a big deal though since the hood affords some protection. I keep the lens inside a little bag/pouch when not on the camera.
