voigtlander 35 1.2

I've been contacted about a voigtlander 35 1.2 at a very reasonable price, The one caveat is that it has a back focus problem the owner has solved with some copper tape. What would it cost to get this looked at and solved professionally?
Also who would I go to? I've dealt with KEH for voigtlander stuff in the passed, and I know CameraQuest has a good repair team.
