Same issue on my MDa & 15 Heliar ltm......how you can see here.....

...seems it don't affect results....with a "Leitz" original adapter situation is even worse......one friend find the right adapter for his Heliar after triyng 3 or 4 in the main shop of the Voigtlaender italian dealer, in Rome.....

Has anyone tried any focusing tests to see if it is more precise lined up ?
