Hi,
I've just bought the aforementioned adapter ring, but I've noticed that it does not 'click' into place on my M6TTL. Is this usual?
Also, there's a slip inside the box which says that it's not suitable for L lenses with an infinity stopper. Does this mean that I can't use it with my Color Skopar 25mm lens?
Confused......

it's just hide and seek
Maybe the ring is very tight? My Leitz 50mm adapter ring was also very tight and I had to use a bit more force to get it click into place.
But be careful...

There should be a soft click, felt more than heard.

I think the lens may not be locked to the camera if you don't hear/feel the click. Just be careful when using that lens so that it does not come off by accident. I don't think the 25 Colour Skopar has an infinity lock that you see on older Leica lenses so the adapter should work.

Thanks everybody.
The main problem seems to be that the lens and adapter can come off with not too great an effort, and that the release button on the Leica does not need to be pressed to release the adapter.....
