Voigtlander R2/3M Set

I would like to have the Heliar 50mm/2.0 lens but would not want the body. Who would want to split the set with me? Do PM or e-mail me and we could work out an arrangement. 😀

Just buy the set and sell the body immediately. I would guess you'll get at least $100 more than the current price on an R3/2A I imagine. Net I think that is not a bad price for that lens.

I haven't heard of anyone besides the poster right above who wants the body and not the lens. I think there'll be some R2M and R3M bodies available for a decent price.

I think Kobayashi-san has gone about as far as he can go with variations on this basic body design -- time for something new.

While there is indeed strong interest shown in the lens I would disagree that few will want this body. The R2/3A seem to be very favorable, but with many lamenting the lack of all-manual R2 bodies seen in the used market and that the R2/3A need batteries. I think the R3M will be the only 100% VF all-manual body out there. I think demand will be very strong for any bodies that hit the market.
