I agree, fotopartner.de is a great online-shop (in Hamburg they also have some stores). Just give them a ring before you order and they can tell you if they have the item(s) you need in stock or if there's even the possibility for a little discount.
Also one has to remark that once you buy an M-mount body there, you get a free original Voigtländer LTM-adapter with every screw-mounted lens you buy there.

monochrom in berlin has some voigtländer stuff, but i think it isnt in general the cheapest of shops, so keep that in mind.
