Well I just came back from PhotoVillage with a VCII meter on my M3. This thing is the size of a book of matches, weighs nothing, and works beautifully. Pointing my Sekonic at people was too intimidating. Now the M3 is more stealthy than ever. Stu

I love mine. It's especially nice on top of the Canon IVSb as it just sort of melds on into the top of the camera. If cold the batteries can get too cold rather easy though.

I keep mine on a bit of string, around my neck and tucked into a shirt pocket. That's even stealthier than mounting it on the camera. While I'm working out the exposure, people can barely see the meter. If I have it on the camera I get the urge to keep checking the meter.

I just got mine, this thing is great. Fit's the M3 like they were meant for each other. One thing that gets lost in the online pics of this meter is the build quality, it really has a fine finish and feels well made. The operation is smooth and flawless, how did I live without it for so long 🙂.

My only complaint is that when it's on the camera, I meter and adjust the settings but forget to change the apeture and shutter speed on the camera, that's how well it becomes part of the camera.

Funny, I went out and bought a Digisix yesterday.

That's two meters bought (a Lunasix 3, also) and one sold in the last week. Flamin' GAS.

I was truly astonished at how tiny the Digisix is, though. Yeah, it's plasticky, but when it's so small that's okay.

They are both handy tools. The Digisix has a direct EV readout which is handy on my Hassy Superwide. The only gripe with the VC is always resetting the ISO as it seems to slip easily.

I'm the same way. The less I see of mine the better. When it's clipped on the camera, I use it too much, so I carry it in my pocket, meter once, and only meter again if the light has changed dramatically.
