Vuescan Crashing Plustek 8100

Well, my new Plustek 8100 has impressed me so far with Silverfast. Unfortunately, whilst profiling the negative with Vuescan, the software crashes at the second preview. I'm using Vista. Vuescan was working fine with my V700 (maybe it still is but I haven't tried). Any ideas?
Where do I find the vuescan logs on Vista to send to Ed Hamrick?

If you look in My Pictures you should find the vuescan.log there (version 9.2) or under C:/Vuescan (version 9.1 or earlier). Assuming you're running Windows, may be different for different OS's.
 
Thanks, I just reinstalled the latest update and they've now appeared (I must've deleted that vuescan folder some time ago).
