I'm a longtime VueScan user, and usually choose the DNG TIFF option.
Previously, the resulting scans would automatically open up in Adobe Camera RAW, but since updating my Photoshop this week, Capture One now opens as the default.
Does anyone know where I change this setting back to ACR?
Thanks in advance!

It is probably just using your operating systems default application. Search on how to change that for Windows or Mac and I think that will fix it for you.

Thanks very much Shawn, I think I found it on the Mac.
For others who may be searching for this setting:
Mac System Preferences > Security & Privacy > privacy tab > Photos > "Allow the apps below to access your photos" > pick your preferred photo program.
I am not sure why this automatically changed during my Photoshop 2020 update, but it switched from Photoshop 2019 to Capture One 20 all on its own.

Alternately, select a DNG file and under File>Get Info a window will open where you can set a default program to open said file. There is also an option for “All files with this extension”.
