I've scoured the web and manual and cannot understand how to fix this new issue with VueScan (9.1.05) on Macs OS X 10.7.4
When I save a scan, it launches Photoshope (for TIFs) or Preview for PDFs.
I cannot see any setting in VueScan to change and stop this annoying procedure...nor do I know of one in Photoshop.
Can anyone shed any light on this or should I post a problem report to VueScan?
Thanks,
Tom

Its a default setting for VueScan to open Photoshop or your default imaging program after scanning and image.
If you don't want this you can open the advanced options tabs, go to preferences and there should be a check-box for you to deselect the option.

Many thanks. That was driving me nuts...preferences must have reset with most current update.

Tom
