It is possible to scan a batch but use different exposures/white balance for individual photos.
I am scanning Porta 160vc 120 on a Epson 4490 scanner but want to alter some at the scanning phase.
e.g. If I am scanning a batch of 3, if I wanted to darken the first image in the batch, and keep the other 2 bright.
I am on version 8.4.65

As far as using individual preset exposure/WB settings for batch scanning, I believe the answer is No. Having VueScan use Auto Levels and adjust automatically for each scan in a batch, which is quite a different thing, is possible. Otherwise, you need to scan 'em one at a time.

You can preview in batch mode, then pass each frame adjusting the crop, wb, etc, then scan all in one batch.
