Cathedral Spires and Rocks Backlit at Dusk
I didn't realize till after making this photograph that this is a view similar to what Mr. A. Adams used for the cover of one of his books. Mr. Adam's image also features a very strong late-afternoon backlighting, although his photo employed a much tighter crop of the Spires in the right side of this image and did not include the fallen tree in the foreground.
