Show your last and succulent barbacue. Last Sunday, last week, last month, last year...

Here is mine. A traditional Brazilian "churrasco" with a juicy picanha cut :p

Bought a Traeger Pellet Smoker last month, and I have become a "BBQ Pit Master" according to my neighbor, who is a Professional Chef.

Not pix, though. Last night I grilled Sirloin steaks on our gas grill. Should have photographed those babies.

Tonight I am thinking about smoking some Chicken Drumsticks, in either a Ginger Sesame, or Sweet and Sour Hawaiian Marinade.

Dinner For Tonight.

Dinner For Tonight.

Chicken Drumsticks marinated in Ranch Dressing, then smoked 1/2 hour using Cherry Wood Pellets. Then heat increased to 350 and roasted/smoked for an additional 45 minutes.

EDIT: They were delicious.
