These bikes are available for rental in Washington, D.C., leading me to believe that their brand name is a typo. "Capital" ought to be "Capitol." But, that's just my opinion.... Apparently, the usage gods don't agree with me. Das Kapital? The dictionary says either spelling is okay when referring to the seat of government.
