Dunno -- it was part of a story that I did on the West River south of Annapolis, MD. We were moving around on the water and didn't get a chance to ID the type of boat.
Here are three different wooden boats from three different islands. In all three places the traditional boat building skills are slowly disappearing. As someone told me on Fogo Island: "We are six funerals away from not knowing how to build a punt."
